Multiregional supply-use tables of the EU bioeconomy

The project team constructed a multiregional supply-use framework for climate hazard impact analysis in the EU bioeconomy. The framework consists of 20 crops, 6 livestock sectors, 11 food manufacturing and 11 non-food biobased activities and their products. Currenltly, we are regionalising the national tables for Austria, Germany and Spain to the NUTS 2 level. The framework will be linked to spatially explicit climate extremes and supply risk propagation channels through the EU bioeconomy will be identified.
