Knowledge co-development between scientists and stakeholders is an important pillar under BIOCLIMAPATHS.
BIOCLIMAPATHS (BCP) aims at supporting stakeholders in fostering decision-making towards climate resilient bioeconomy transition paths subject to increasing climate extremes. In co-production with bioeconomy stakeholders from the farming, trading, manufacturing, finance and policy community, the BCP project consortium will analyse and assess impacts of climate hazard hotspots on crop harvests and prices along supply chains in the EU, as well as develop governance measures to reduce adverse impacts of climate extremes and related supply shocks on vulnerable groups in society.
Join us as stakeholder!
The BIOCLIMAPATHS consortium is actively looking for stakeholders to co-produce insights on climate hazard related impacts on food and non-food bioeconomy activities, in particular from Austria and Germany. Stakeholders from agriculture, forestry, food and biobased manufacturing, retail and wholesale trade, government and research are welcome to join two focus group meetings (2nd half 2021/1st half 2022). Interested stakeholders can register here to receive news and invitations regarding activities and news from BIOCLIMAPATHS.
